1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of an order only before the order has been dispatched.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

2. No Cancellation After Shipping

Once an order has been handed over to our courier/logistics partner or marked as shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.

In such cases, the order will be processed for delivery as per our Shipping Policy.

4. Cancellation by Arth Rituals

Arth Rituals reserves the right to cancel an order in certain situations, including but not limited to:

  • Product is out of stock
  • Payment failure or payment not confirmed
  • Pricing, product, or technical error
  • Delivery location is not serviceable
  • Incorrect or incomplete customer details
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transaction
  • Any other operational or unavoidable issue

If Arth Rituals cancels an order due to stock, payment, serviceability, or operational issues, the customer will be informed and a refund will be processed where payment has already been received.

5. Refund for Approved Cancellations

If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch and the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or any other method approved by Arth Rituals.

Refund timelines may depend on the payment gateway, bank, UPI provider, or payment method used.

6. No Cancellation Charges

Arth Rituals does not charge any cancellation fee for approved cancellations made before dispatch.

7. Orders Already Delivered

Delivered orders cannot be cancelled.
